All SEWT made to measure garments are made to your unique measurements and customizations so they may require adjustments that can be handled by completing alterations. Make sure to notify us within 14 days from the date you received your order by CONTACTING US. You will not be able to apply for any alterations once the applicable period has expired. Please make sure to CONTACT US if you have any difficulty submitting your application before the expiration of such period.
Any returned SEWTS will be donated to select charities in Metro Vancouver or recycled. Please see more information in our Alterations section in our Terms & Conditions.
To apply for the alteration credit reimbursement:
If completed correctly, you can expect your credit to appear on your original form of payment in the next 14 business days, except Payments made by debit or cash, which will be refunded via SquarePay.
In the event your local tailor is not able to help you with alterations, please CONTACT US, noting the adjustments needed and pictures of yourself wearing the garments. SEWT will make an assessment and provide a recommendation on next steps, which may include work completed by our partner tailors or a remake.
We are committed to getting you the perfect fit. If your garments require fit adjustments, please contact us using the form below or book an alterations appointment and we will arrange a time to meet with our Alterations Partner. If you don’t live in Metro Vancouver, SEWT will provide a reimbursement for local tailoring. Please see more information in our Alterations section in our Terms & Conditions.
If you have any other concerns about the fit, quality, or construction of your garment, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your garment. Due to the custom nature of our garments, sorry we do not offer refunds.
